About the role
We’re looking for a fast, creative designer who can use AI to produce a high volume of compelling image ads. You’ll turn ideas, concepts, selling angles, and hooks into finished creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok campaigns. Alongside ad production, you’ll handle packaging, brand materials, and other design needs.
What you’ll do
- Use AI image-generation tools to produce a high volume of distinct, ready-to-run image ads for ongoing campaign testing.
- Turn briefs from the Copywriter & Creative Strategist into strong visual concepts and finished designs.
- Write and refine AI prompts using product references, customer insights, selling angles, hooks, and visual inspiration.
- Create multiple executions of each concept, testing different scenes, layouts, headlines, backgrounds, and product presentations.
- Develop fresh visual ideas that give the marketing team more meaningful creative options to test.
- Edit and finish AI outputs, correcting visual errors, adding readable text, and preserving the product’s actual appearance.
- Build efficient production workflows to increase output while maintaining product accuracy and design quality.
- Use campaign feedback to create new versions of winning ads and improve weaker creatives.
- Design product packaging, labels, brand materials, website banners, promotional flyers, and social media graphics.

What you’ll bring
- Practical experience using AI image-generation tools to create advertising visuals.
- A portfolio showing AI image creatives, product ads, and conventional design work.
- Ability to turn one selling angle or hook into several distinct visual executions.
- Strong prompting skills and the ability to refine outputs until they are suitable for advertising.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools for editing, layouts, packaging, and brand design.
- Good understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, colour, and mobile readability.
- Ability to work quickly, manage production targets, and respond to feedback.
What success looks like
A consistently high volume of usable image ads, meaningful creative variety, fast turnaround, accurate product representation, and strong execution of packaging and brand design. Your work should give the marketing team a steady supply of fresh creatives to test and improve.

Location: Oluyole, Ibadan — on-site
Role: One combined position covering copywriting and creative strategy.
About the role
We’re looking for someone who can decide what our ads should say, how they should look, and why those ideas are worth testing—then write the copy that brings them to life. You’ll use campaign data, customer research, and relevant trends to develop advertising concepts and create clear briefs for our designers, video editors, AI video creators, and content creators.
What you’ll do
- Research products, customer needs, buying motivations, objections, reviews, competing offers, and sales-team feedback.
- Review campaign data with the marketing team to understand which messages, hooks, formats, and creative executions drive results.
- Study relevant advertising and content trends, identifying ideas that fit our products and Nigerian audience.
- Develop fresh selling angles, hooks, concepts, headlines, and storytelling approaches for image and video ads.
- Create actionable briefs that specify the target audience, customer insight, key message, hook, visual direction, copy or script, required assets, and call to action.
- Give designers clear direction for AI image creatives, including product references, scenes, text overlays, and variations to produce.
- Give editors and creators clear direction on opening scenes, footage, demonstrations, voice-overs, captions, pacing, and supporting visuals.
- Write Facebook and TikTok ad copy, video scripts, landing pages, promotional messages, email campaigns, and WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Build a creative testing plan that identifies what each concept or variation is intended to test.
- Review completed creatives against the brief and give specific feedback before they are submitted for launch.
- Turn campaign learnings into new briefs, stronger variations of winning concepts, and fresh ideas for the next round of testing.
- Maintain an organised record of concepts, briefs, creative versions, and testing learnings.
- Check product details, prices, offers, and supporting evidence for claims before submitting copy and briefs.
What you’ll bring
- A portfolio showing persuasive copy, advertising concepts, scripts, and creative briefs.
- Strong direct-response copywriting skills and an understanding of Nigerian buying behaviour.
- Ability to interpret campaign results and turn findings into practical creative decisions.
- Strong research skills and the judgement to distinguish useful trends from ideas that do not fit the product or audience.
- Ability to brief designers, editors, and content creators clearly enough for them to execute with minimal guesswork.
- An understanding of image ads, short-form video, AI-assisted creative production, and landing-page messaging.
- Ability to write clear, conversational copy and develop distinct angles without repetition.
